Terms of Service

MB "Aldex" provides car rental, import, and vehicle sales services. These terms govern your use of our website and services.

• Renter must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driver's license
• Security deposit required based on vehicle category
• Vehicle must be returned in the same condition as received
• Smoking is prohibited in the vehicle
• Traffic rules must be followed

• Prices are in euros and include VAT
• Payment is made upon vehicle pickup
• Bank cards and cash accepted
• Additional services are charged separately

The renter is responsible for any damage to the vehicle during the rental period. All traffic fines are paid by the renter.

All vehicles are insured with third-party liability insurance. Additional comprehensive insurance (CASCO) is available for an extra fee.

• Free cancellation 24 hours before rental start
• Cancellation less than 24 hours - 50% of cost
• No-show - 100% of first day cost

All materials on the website (texts, images, logos) are the property of MB "Aldex" and are protected by copyright.

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Changes take effect upon publication on the website.
